My Professional Experience

I am grateful to have began my clinical experience in 2016 upon earning a double Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Life Education at CSULB. Since then, I have worked closely with teens, adults, couples, parents, and families in various settings as they navigated unique life-challenges and emotional/behavioral difficulties. I have provided direct client-care and therapeutic support to adolescent & adult individuals in intensive Eating Disorder & Mental Health treatment programs, facilitated Parenting & Eating Disorder Recovery support groups, conducted clinical assessments, and coordinated admissions for numerous individuals entering Outpatient Eating Disorder Programs. I have also actively participated on panels and committees, provided workshops, and been a testimonial speaker with various Body Positive organizations throughout California. In 2022, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy Specialization from The Chicago School. I have provided Mental Health Therapy in virtual elementary school-based settings and virtual private-practice settings to people ranging from Kindergarteners to Older Adults, couples, and families.
